Hybrid Nano-tungsten-cobalt Powder Production Process

The present invention provides a nanoscale tungsten-cobalt mixed powder production process. Steps are as follows:

1) Preparing a certain concentration of ammonium metatungstate solution, adding a certain amount of cobalt carbonate powder, heating and stirring, followed by sufficient reaction, the resulting complex salt solution was cooled and filtered;

2) Dry tungsten-cobalt composite salt solution to obtain tungsten-cobalt composite salt powder;

3) Heating the powder and tungsten-cobalt complex salt introduced into N2, the composite powder of the salt is decomposed and stripped of water of crystallization;

4) Then pass into N2, CH4 mixed gas tungsten carbide-cobalt composite salt products are free of carbon CO2, N2 mixed gas removal, and then get the nanoscale WC-Co composite powder.
