Preparation of WO3 Seed Layer

Step One: The FTO conductive glass was sequentially ultrasonically cleaned in a glass cleaner, deionized water, acetone, and ethanol for 10 minutes, and dried for use.

Step Two: Prepare 0.2M Na2WO4•2H2O solution, added with 3M HCl dropwise until no precipitation occurs.

Step Three: The precipitate obtained in Step Two was washed with water several times, and then the precipitate obtained by centrifugation was dissolved in an appropriate amount of hydrogen peroxide to obtain a transparent sol.

Step Four: The transparent sol obtained in Step Three is spin-coated on the surface of the clean FTO conductive glass. Then, the spin-coated FTO conductive glass is placed in a muffle furnace and heated at 2°C/min to 400°C for 1h to obtain WO3 seed layer.
