Rare earth price in China continues to rise. Insiders attribute this growth of rare earth price to the "political supply shortage". On the one hand, the cracking down on speculation and profiteering is tighter, and the illegal exploitation of raw material unable to flow into the market.

So the supply is not adequate to the demand and price begins to rise. On the other hand, effected by low price in previous years, operating rate of some enterprises is low. Rare earth industry is expected to return a reasonable growth in the second half.
