Molybdenum market quotation: international molybdenum price declines from record highs while price in China rises slightly. In China, supply of molybdenum raw material is still tight and market trading improves, but few transactions in high-price trading.

Downstream steel mills start another round of biddings, boosting rised mentality of ferromolybdenum manufacturers. Coupled with continuous rise in production costs and low stocks, quotations for ferro molybdenum are raised sharply. Molybdenum chemical and finished products are reluctant to sell while terminal customers cannot accept the high price. As a result, market trading is thin.
