Rare earth quotation: Chinese rare earth prices continue to decline amid neodymium oxide and lanthanum oxide price edge lower. In October, Pr-Nd metal listing price of Bao Steel (Group) is RMB 570, 000/tonne, down RMB 95,000/tonne month-to-month. Heavy wait-and-see atmosphere covers the downstream market, oversupply is hard to change in the short term, coupled with no favorable news from the government and an enterprise, the short-term market trend is still not optimistic.
