It can be widely used in the preparation of tungsten-based high density, high temperature tungsten products, overcoming the problems of poor formability and low strength of tungsten powder produced by conventional processes.

(1)The mixture of ammonium paramungstate and violet tungsten oxide is the raw material, and the mixing ratio is ammonium paramungstate: violet tungsten oxide = (10-40): (90-60), after mixing, proper amount is placed in the canoe, and the thickness of the material is 5-25mm.

(2)The boat is placed in a hydrogen reduction furnace for one-step reduction, the heating rate is 5-20 ℃ / min, the reduction temperature is 700-1100 ℃, holding time is 1-5 hours, hydrogen dew point is -40 ~ -65 ℃;

(3)The tungsten powder is screened and the strength of high pressure tungsten powder is obtained.
