Moreover, the tightening of environmental protection and anti-criminal policies, tight coal and electricity supply, poor weather and blocked imports of mines in Myanmar have led to a decline in the production capacity of rare earth smelting and separation enterprises, which is also the main reason for the rise in rare earth prices again. However, in order to avoid the risk of cost-benefit inversion, downstream users basically maintain rigid purchases.

In terms of news: the listing price of Northern Rare earth this month shows that the price of praseodymium and neodymium oxide was reported at 816,000 yuan/ton, down by 9,000 yuan/ton; the price of neodymium oxide was reported at 891,100 yuan/ton, down by 9,000 yuan/ton; praseodymium and neodymium metal was reported at 994,500 yuan/ton, down 5,000 yuan/ton; metal neodymium price was quoted at 1,084,500 yuan/ton, down 0,500 yuan/ton.
