Praseodymium Oxide Price - Aug. 4, 2021

Rare earth market quotation in China: praseodymium oxide, cerium oxide and dysprosium oxide prices continue to increase on Aug. 4, 2021. Under the interaction of many positive and negative factors, the seller's market has a greater advantage.

From the perspective of positive factors, firstly, supported by the tight supply of some products, the increased willingness of downstream users to receive goods and the increase in emergencies such as power cuts and natural disasters are the main reasons to low inventories of praseodymium-neodymium and dysprosium-terbium products; secondly, under the influence of repeated global epidemics and severe weather, logistics and transportation at home and abroad have encountered greater resistance. For example, the increase in quarantine requirements at entry and exit points and the closure of many domestic highways are all conducive to rising rare earth prices.

From the perspective of negative factors, firstly, as product prices increase, downstream users' fear of heights has also increased, resulting in limited transaction volume; secondly, there are obvious signs of political turbulence in some overseas countries, which is not conducive to the warming of China's export market.
