Falcon Gold Corp said it has received final approval from TSX Ventures to advance an option to acquire the Viernes project 122 kilometers southeast of the city of Antofagasta, Chile, during which it will undertake the Viernes porphyry copper-molybdenum mineralization and gold-silver project. The company will issue 500,000 shares and make a minimum expenditure of $250,000 for an 80% interest in the project.
