Rare earth market in China: Rare earth price tends to be stable, downstream demand is weak and the market continues to wait and see before the National Day. 

All rare earth mining enterprises, smelting separation enterprises and comprehensive recycling enterprises are proposed to stop production from October, by Southern Rare Earth Alliance. This move is favorable for the market that has oversupply. The rare earth price is expected to rise after the holiday.
