China Molybdenum Prices - Nov. 27, 2018

China molybdenum prices remain weak adjustment, affected by steel mills delaying tenders, a price reduction required by purchasers, weakened market confidence and different expectations for late market trend. 

In the molybdenum concentrate market, sellers keep firm offer levels and trading volumes stabilize, benefiting from tight spot resources and high costs of mining. Steel bidding tend to be weak and enquiry is not active. But with the support of costs, ferro molybdenum manufacturers are reluctant to sell at low prices. Molybdenum chemical and product enterprises remain low operating rate, with heavy wait-and-see atmosphere.
