Opening this week, Chinese molybdenum prices are still in the downward trend on different attitudes towards the outlook and low trading activity. On the one hand, insiders resist to high prices and purchasers demand lower prices; on the other hand, the supply is tight under environmental protection, but downstream enterprises remain low buying interests. 

The sales of raw materials become difficult and trading atmosphere is bad. Some deals consider profit-taking. Prices in the market show signs of decline. This week, market participants await the steel biddings.
