Sodium Molybdate Price - Oct. 09, 2018

The latest prices of sodium molybdate, molybdenum powder and molybdenum oxide remain unchanged from last month, although market trading becomes active and insiders have more confidence on the outlook.

On the one hand, mines in major production areas continue to recover in October, which benefits the supply side; on the other hand, prices of steel biddings at the end of September moved lower, reducing risks in the market. So manufacturers have good expectations for prices and quantity of steel biddings in October. At present, market demand is the most important factor affecting the trend of molybdenum prices.
