Ferro Molybdenum Price - Jan. 25, 2018

International molybdenum price continues to climb due to the strong demand, enhancing market price in China. The price in China is also rising in a moderate way, including ammonium heptamolvbdate, sodium molybdate and ferro molybdenum. 

Miners in some regions are active to sell their raw materials to reduce stocks, but it is just the tip of the iceberg, supply of molybdenum concentrate is still tight and the price keeps firm. Steel mills force bidding prices down, weakening ferro molybdenum manufacturers’ confidence and thus the price is unstable. Molybdenum chemical and alloy enterprises slow down the trading, maintaining wait and-see attitude.
