USDOC Preliminary Affirmative AD Determination on Tungsten Shot from China

According to the announcement by the International Trade Administration (ITA) of the United States, on February 13, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce, USDOC) announced its preliminary affirmative determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of certain tungsten shot from the People’s Republic of China (China). USDOC is also conducting a concurrent countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of certain tungsten shot from China.

Preliminary Dumping Rates: 201.32% (except for one unit with a rate of 183.31%)
