【Know Tungsten】Recycled Tungsten Carbide Powder

Regenerated tungsten carbide powder refers to the raw material used to re-produce alloys after further processing of materials that have been ball-milled or produced into alloys but are unqualified. The performance of recycled tungsten carbide powder is much worse than that of original tungsten carbide powder, and it can generally only be used to prepare low-grade alloy products.

The appearance quality of recycled tungsten carbide powder requires gray-black powder, which should be clean, dry, uniform, without agglomeration, and without visible impurities. The particle size requirement is to pass through a sieve with an aperture of 150um, and the weight of the powder on the sieve shall not exceed 50%.
