Cerium Oxide Price - Jul. 04, 2018

Rare earth market quotation in China: the latest price of praseodymium neodymium metal and praseodymium neodymium oxide declines slightly from last trading day while cerium oxide price remains unchanged. The weakness in Chinese rare earth prices comes to low buying interest of downstream purchasers and imbalanced supply and demand.

Listing prices of large rare earth enterprises declined earlier in this week and the whole trading atmosphere is thin. However, boosted by the environmental protection policy, the supply becomes tight and sellers appear unwilling to lower product offers when buyers try to force prices down. On the whole, the whole market is now in a weak situation.
