Precipitation method includes co-precipitation method and chemical precipitation method. Prepared process as follows: First, mixing 1ml / L of Na2WO4 solution and Na2SnO4 solution then dropped this solution into boiling dilute H2SO4 with slowly, in this process should stirring constantly. Then aging, washing, filtering, drying and calcining to obtain SnO2-WO3 gas sensing powder materials. When doped 5% SnO2 additive can inhibit WO3 crystal grains to the growth and also can increase its gas sensing degree. Using chemical precipitation method to produce nano tungsten trioxide there is the process: Firstly, weighed 3.0g Na2WO3 and 0.005g one hundred and sixty thousand trimethyl ammonium bromides (CTAB) then make them dissolved in 10ml of distilled water. Then take 3ml solution dropwise adding to 5ml 3mol • HCL L-1with slowly. The solution was stirred for 1 to 2 hours after centrifugation the precipitate. With distilled water and acetone repeatedly washed it, and the resulting precipitate was placed in an oven at 80 ℃ dried to obtain precursor. Finally, the precursor was placed 300 ℃ muffle furnace, to obtain a nano tungsten trioxide.
