What is Nano Tungstic Acid?
Nano tungstic acid usually refers to nano yellow tungstic acid, an amorphous yellow powder. The properties of tungstic acid in water and acidic solutions are relatively stable, almost insoluble in water, soluble in alkali, slightly soluble in acid, but can react with water. And exist in a certain colloidal form. When tungstic acid is heated to 100°C, it loses a molecule of water and turns into tungsten trioxide. It is almost insoluble in acid, slightly soluble in hot water, and exhibits stable properties at temperatures below 150°C; In strong alkaline solutions, ammonia and hydrofluoric acid.

传统工艺采用烧结溶渗法生产钨铜合金,工序复杂,加工困难,耗钨量大,生产成本高,材料热导率不足,在一定程度上限制了 LDMOS等器件功率的进一步提高,但为了保证器件的可靠性,只能以牺牲器件的功率为代价。如何尽可能的提高钨铜散热片的热导率,成了热沉散热领域亟待解决的技术问题。
为了提高钨铜散热片热导率,中钨在线使用的是超细钨粉和铜粉末复合,经过工艺烧结接近全致密且具有高导热、导电性能的钨铜散热片,其工艺过程如下:
1.钨铜复合氧化物粉末的制备:采用钨酸铵与硝酸铜为原料,得到钨铜氧化物复合粉末;
2.钨铜氧化物复合粉末的还原:将钨铜氧化物复合粉末在透气强排水式管式炉内氢气还原得到均匀分散的纳米钨铜复合粉
3.压制成形:将上述钨铜复合粉末用常规钢模成形,单位压力100~250MPa,制成压坯
4.超细晶粒钨铜合金的烧结:将步骤3所得的压坯进行氢气烧结,得到超细晶粒钨铜合金;
上述方法制备的钨铜合金其铜含量为20wt%,合金相对密度98.0%~ 99.7%,合金中钨的平均晶粒尺寸为0.5~1.5μm,合金的电阻率0.035~0.041×10-6 Ω•m,散热片热导率高达280W/m*K、稳定可靠。
