Nano cesium tungstate may be applied for preparing ceramic microsphere, and therefore be widely used in the preparation of ceramics. In this process, cesium tungstate nano particles play a role of dispersion, grinding and stabilization. In this regard, experts said that in order to obtain cesium tungstate nanopowder with high-purity, uniform dispersion, less agglomeration and small particle size for producing ceramic, the following steps can be used:

.0 Weigh 1.47g of sodium tungstate and 0.97g of cesium carbonate, add citric acid solution at a concentration of 3mol/L and methanol reagent, stir evenly, and react at 200°C for 3 hours to obtain a mixture of tungsten and cesium;
.0 Add 1.98g of urea to the mixture of tungsten and cesium, adjust the pH of the reaction solution to 4, stir until the urea is completely dissolved to form a transparent solution;
.0 Stir the above solution to homogeneity and then wash with argon for 10min, then insert the ultrasonic probe under the protection of argon gas at 70°C, and irradiate with ultrasonic wave with a frequency of 20.5kHz for 4h to obtain gelatinous precipitate;
.0 The gelatinous precipitate was aged for 5 hours, filtered under reduced pressure, and washed twice with distilled water, and then washed with a 10% by volume ethanol solution until the filtrate was neutral, and finally washed twice with absolute ethanol; The precursor was dried at 80°C for several hours, and then ground into powder. The powder was placed in a muffle furnace and kept at 600°C for 3 hours, and cooled to obtain nano cesium tungstate powder.
