III. Some tungsten carbide cutting tool factories still remain the kind of production mode of individual workshop with low technological level and are always poorly equipped, which can not ensure the product quality.

From the current situation, tungsten carbide material has been in the dominant position among various kinds of cutting tool materials because it has better properties and higher cutting efficiency. However, if the tungsten carbide cutting tool enterprises want to achieve further and better development, they need to make industrial structure adjustment as soon as possible and accelerate the construction of production bases.
