Preparation of Colloidal Cs0.33WO3 Particle Dispersion for Window Thermal-insulation Film

First, the milling process with ZrO2 beads was performed to disaggregate the Cs0.33WO3 powders in aqueous solution, and the pH value of aqueous solution was adjusted by sodium hydroxide or HCl solution. Then colloidal dispersions of Cs0.33WO3 particles were prepared by mixing 5.66 wt% Cs0.33WO3 particles and different dispersants such as titanate coupling agents, polyvinyl alcohol or sodium polycarboxylate dispersants. The addition amount of dispersants was 1 wt%, 2.5 wt% and 4 wt%, respectively.
