Experts say that high-quality Mo doped tungsten trioxide nano particles can be prepared by a simple, environmentally-friendly solution doping technology, which can be uniformly dispersed in water to form a stable nano ink. Combined with in-situ thermal oxidation spraying technology, the oxygen vacancy defects in the particles are eliminated under the premise of maintaining the structure of the film nano particles, thereby improving the light modulation range of the electrochromic film. The nanoparticle spraying method solves the problem of the limitation of hydrothermal preparation of large-area films and the cycle stability of thin film prepared by electrodeposition method. In a word, the nanoparticle spraying method is more suitable for producing Mo doped WO3 film than hydrothermal method and electrodeposition method.
