Wherein the ball/dispersion solution mass ratio is 6:1, the ball size is 1mm, the ball milling time is 3h, and the three wetting dispersants, namely PVA, titanate coupling agent and polycarboxylate sodium salt, are added in an amount of 1wt%/2.5 wt%/4 wt%.
