Dysprosium Oxide Price - September 27, 2023

The domestic Chinese rare earth market is relatively stable, with a balanced supply and demand situation onn September 27, 2023. Prices for light and heavy rare earth raw materials, neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) semi-finished products, and their waste materials are running steadily, with few new orders. 

Currently, the prices for praseodymium-neodymium oxide, dysprosium oxide, and 55N neodymium iron boron semi-finished blocks are approximately 523,000 CNY per ton, 640,000 CNY per ton, and 250 CNY per kilogram, respectively.

Factors influencing the current supply-demand relationship in the market include: In 2023, the total control quotas for rare earth mining and smelting separation increased by 30,000 tons and 28,000 tons year-on-year, with growth rates of 14.29% and 12.17%, respectively. Domestic rare earth manufacturers are maintaining normal production rates. Import of overseas rare earth ores is restricted. Downstream industries of rare earths, such as new energy vehicles and wind power generation, are developing rapidly.
