Our jewelry is warranted against any manufacturing and workmanship defects.  So in the event of such a defect, Tungsten Direct will replace your item(s) at no charge.  Our company lifetime warranty is all inclusive and can be used as many times as is needed. Our warranty covers scratches, breakages, sizes that no longer fit as well as any other reason. Since tungsten rings are so hard and cannot be resized, our warranty provides a brand new ring every time.

 

In the rare event that your ring is damaged in any way, it will be replaced, no questions asked! This process, which is the same for lifetime size exchanges, involves only a small deductible of forty dollars ($40.00). This means that you will be receiving a brand-new ring, at a fraction of the price! There is no limit to how many times you can take advantage of this policy. If your original ring was engraved, your new ring will be re-engraved for $20 (half price, custom engravings are 25% of the original cost). The deductible is all-inclusive and covers the shipping and handling of the ring back to you. We do not have any extra charges, there are no hidden fees, and every ring qualifies regardless of condition!
