Praseodymium Oxide Price - February 13, 2023

At the beginning of the week, China’s holmium oxide, neodymium oxide and praseodymium oxide prices continue to edge lower as last week, mainly due to the current poor market conditions in the auto market and the large inventory of raw materials in many magnetic material companies, which led to weaker market demand and lower rare earth prices.

However, in order to avoid the risk of cost inversion and the current supply of rare earth raw materials is not very sufficient, some stockholders still have a strong mentality to hold up prices.

News: According to the Jiangxi Development and Reform Commission, the average sales price per ton of high yttrium oxide (rare earth) and medium yttrium europium compound (rare earth) in Ganzhou was 390,000 yuan and 320,000 yuan respectively, which was flat from the previous month and down 15.22% and 17.95% year-on-year respectively. %. The average sales price per ton of Ganzhou tungsten concentrate was 116,000 yuan, a month-on-month increase of 5.45% and a year-on-year increase of 3.57%.
