China Terbium Oxide Price - Feb. 28, 2022

At the beginning of the week, China’s terbium oxide price edges lower while lanthanum oxide and europium oxide prices remain unchanged. 

Affected by the current difficulty in increasing the spot supply of rare earth raw materials and the high production costs, the stockholders basically held a strong and firm quotation attitude. However, due to limited funds and earlier purchases, many downstream users are generally less motivated to receive goods.

In terms of news: From January to December 2021, the total sales of praseodymium and neodymium mixed metal by Chinese praseodymium and neodymium mixed metal producers was 63,282.00 metric tons, a year-on-year increase of 36.21%; among which, the sales of praseodymium and neodymium mixed metal by Chinese praseodymium and neodymium mixed metal producers in December was 5,290.00 metric tons, decreased by 9.18% month-on-month and increased by 3.97% year-on-year.
