BCM Resources Resumes Drilling at Thompson Knolls Cu-Au-Mo Project

BCM Resources recently announced that diamond drilling has resumed at its Thompson Knolls Cu-Au-Mo Project in southwestern Utah. The Company's new drilling contractor, Falcon Drilling, has begun drilling TK3a near previously drilled TK3, which reached copper-molybdenum mineralization over an interval between 452 and 558 meters.

The mineralization intercepted in this hole has a distinctive porphyry-style, with the main copper mineralization within the dacite dolomite and mineralized bodies hosted by underlying quartz-saprolite porphyry. There are overlapping AMT and IP anomalies on the northwest side of the TK project that will be tested by drilling TK3a, which is currently permitted to a depth of 3,600 feet (1,097 meters).

In December, the contractor completed drill hole TK4 on the southern flank of the Thompson Knolls magnetic anomaly. The hole was drilled to a depth of 1,421 feet (433 meters) and intersected a quartz-sericite porphyry intrusion at a depth of 633 feet (193 meters). The intrusive rock contains quartz veins with intervening argillaceous, quartz-sericitic and potassic alteration.

TK is located approximately 200 km southwest of Rio Tinto's giant Bingham Canyon porphyry copper-molybdenum-gold mine and smelter complex near Salt Lake City, Utah.

BCM Resources Corporation is a diversified Canadian mineral exploration company focused on continued exploration of the Thompson Knolls Cu-Au-Mo Project. BCM also controls prospective copper, gold, and molybdenum exploration projects in British Columbia. BCM Resources is managed by experienced and successful board members and advisors.

The Company's projects include Thompson Knolls Copper, Gold & Silver Property, Shan South Property, Shan North Property, and McRae Property. The TK Property is located in Millard County, Utah, which consists of approximately 125 federal unpatented mineral claims and two-state section leases, consisting of approximately 3,465 acres.
