China Rare Earth Price - April 30, 2021

China rare earth price is in the downstream trend in the week ended on Friday April 30, 2021. Against the backdrop of severe global economic situation, traders basically carry out just-in-time purchasing, resulting in fewer new orders. 

However, due to raw material prices and inventories that are inherently not very ample support, suppliers have limited room for price reduction, so the current mainstream product prices are still relatively high. In the short term, the focus of the industry is on the demand of downstream users after May Day.

From January to March 2021, the total water consumption of member manufacturing enterprises is 22.525 billion cubic meters, a year-on-year increase of 8.86%. The reuse rate of water was 98.04%, an increase of 0.01% year-on-year. Total exhaust gas emissions increased by 11.10% year-on-year. The emissions of sulfur dioxide, smoke and dust in external exhaust gas decreased by 14.89%, 13.67% and 4.33% respectively year-on-year.
