China Tungsten Concentrate Price Stabilizes in Early March after a Steadily Increase

The ferro tungsten and tungsten powder prices in China start to stabilize in early March, 2021 with more and more participants taking a watchful stance after a steadily increase in February. 

Mining companies basically resume work, but it takes time to release production capacity, plus with suppliers’ rised mentality, offers for raw materials keep firm. Downstream buyers tend to wait and see for further guidance from the market. 

The tungsten concentrate price stabilizes at $15,238.1/ton with rare transactions concluded. Recently, the non-ferrous metals plate has cooled down, and some insiders in the tungsten market also consider profit-taking. APT price is about $260.1/mtu. Considering tightening availability of raw materials, smelting factories remain their high offers.
