Molybdenum Rod Price - June 16, 2020

Molybdenum market quotation in China: the latest prices of molybdenum rod, molybdenum powder and molybdenum concentrate are unchanged from the previous trading day as the market is in a stalemate. 

In the molybdenum concentrate market, the free market transactions are not active. Due to the limited steel tenders and the influx of some international raw materials into the country, downstream users are hesitant to enter the market, so the numbers of actual orders are not as expected. In the ferro-molybdenum market, the fundamentals have been operating steadily. Under the background of the end of steel tenders and quiet policy side, steel mills mainly take watchful stance and price is kept in a low level. Now the weakness in the demand side is the main season for the price decline.
