Molybdenum Bar Price - June 8, 2020

The latest prices of ammonium molybdate, ammonium heptamolvbdate and molybdenum bar prices continue to decline in the week began on Monday June 8 in the Chinese market as most market participants take a watchful stance. 

Firstly, the bidding volume and price of steel mills dropped significantly compared with the end of last month, causing most ferro-molybdenum manufacturers to suffer psychological setbacks, and quotations of ferro-molybdenum products decreased slightly; Secondly, due to the lower prices of international molybdenum chemical products and the continuous flow of international low-price goods into the domestic market, the supply of goods increase, and buyers wait and see, which makes it difficult to raise market prices.
