China's Ganzhou Tungsten Raised Tungsten Guide Prices for February

Analysis of latest tungsten market from Chinatungsten Online

The ammonium paratungstate (APT) and ferro tungsten prices in China rise slightly as a result of tightening availability of raw materials, increased costs of transportation and corporate epidemic prevention. With more and more companies resuming production, the supply and demand pattern in the industry will adjust to be balanced. 

The tungsten guide prices for February from listed tungsten companies are as following:

Ganzhou Tungsten Association released its average tungsten forecast prices for February: wolframite concentrate price was $13,235.3/t, up $514.7/t from January; APT price was $231.8/mtu, up $7.5/mtu; medium particle tungsten powder price was $32.9/kg, up $1.5/kg from last month. 

Zhangyuan Tungsten's offers for February: wolframite concentrate (WO3≥55%) was quoted at $13,235.3/t; scheelite concentrate (WO3≥55%) was quoted at $13,014.7/t; APT was quoted at $231.8/mtu, up $4.2/mtu from last time. 

Xiamen Tungsten's offer for APT was $231/mtu. The offer for high-grade wolframite concentrate from Jiangxi Tungsten stood at $13,676.5/t, up $5,882.4/t.
