China rare earth prices still maintain stability on Tuesday due to heavy wait-and-see in the market. Northern Rare Earth Group released listing prices for December and praseodymium and neodymium related products rose slightly, which boosted market confidence to some extent. In addition, raw material supply and production cost benefit from Chinese environmental protection, so most insiders are optimistic about the outlook.
