Customs in Yunnan Tengchong announced that all resource products in Myanmar could not be imported into China, and that will affect more that 30% of import. Affected by that, market confidence is boosted. 

Environmental inspections team returns to major production areas; policy for purchasing and storage is expected to be published in next month. Good sentiment raises rare earth prices, but actual transactions remain limited.
