Chinese Molybdenum Prices - Nov. 07, 2018

Under Chinese environmental protection, the supply in the raw material market continues to be tight, but high product prices raise customers’ wait-and-see mentality. 

Currently, downstream enterprises remain low buying interests, and with the increase of profitable shipment in upstream, purchasers have larger space for bargaining. Most transactions are concluded at a relatively low level. In the short term, Chinese molybdenum prices are expected to decline slightly. Market participants would focus on the move in environmental checks and steel biddings.
