Rare earth market quotation in China: domestic rare earth price still maintains stability but shows signs of rise. With the support of high production costs and Chinese environmental checks reducing production, sellers have strong rised mentality. But considering low operating rate of downstream factories and weak demand, rare earth prices have not enough strength to rise.
