Rare earth market quotation in China: domestic rare earth price maintains stability earlier in this week on factories’ low operating rate and declining inquiries. Affected by weak demand and trade war, buyers force prices down. But the environmental protection policy offers supports for production costs. In the short term, rare earth price is expected to stabilize.
