The latest price of europium oxide, praseodymium oxide and praseodymium neodymium oxide is unchanged from the previous trading day. State Reserves Bureau held the conference concerned with rare earth reserves last week, raising sellers’ wait-and-see mentality. 

Affected by the off season, downstream factories’ operating rate is low and manufacturers remains low interests in stocking up. The supply side has got supports from environmental protection policy while buyers and sellers are in a stalemate. In the short term, rare earth price stabilize.
