Jiangxi Rare Earth Industry intends to develop regulatory

October 24 , Legislative Affairs Office of Jiangxi Provincial Government organized in Ganzhou " Jiangxi Rare Earth Industry Regulatory Ordinance " legislative research symposium , to be brought to Jiangxi Province People's Congress legislative items included in 2014 . That the legislative proposal is to strengthen the rare earth resources management, effective protection and use of rare earth resources , establish a sound long-term supervision mechanism of rare earth resources , and promote sustained and healthy development of rare earth industry . The formation of the Ordinance and the legislation could better regulate Jiangxi Rare Earth resources exploration, mining, smelting and processing, management , transportation, supervision and management and other activities.
