Analysis of latest tungsten market from Chinatungsten Online

China tungsten price remains weak adjustment on June 7, 2022 affected by the decline of new guide prices from the listed tungsten companies. in addition, the contradiction between demand and supply has not been effectively alleviated. Most participants take a watchful stance.

Ganzhou Tungsten Association released its average tungsten forecast prices for June: 55% black tungsten concentrate price was $16,538.5/ton, down $769.2/ton; ammonium paratungstate (APT) price was $292.0/mtu, down $13.9/mtu; medium particle tungsten powder price was $40.0/kg, down $2.5/kg compared with last month. 

Xiamen Tungsten quoted APT bid price at $15291.2/mtu, down $4.3/mtu compared with the second half of May. 

Jiangxi Tungsten quoted high-grade black tungsten concentrate at $16,769.2/ton, down $307.7/ton from the second half of May. 

Zhangyuan Tungsten released its long-term contract prices for the first half of June: black tungsten concentrate (WO3≥55%) price was $16,538.5/ton, down $230.8/ton; scheelite concentrate (WO3≥55%) price was $16,307.7/ton, down $230.8/ton; APT price was $291.2/mtu, down $4.3/mtu from the second half of last month.
