RMB 4.1 Billion Nano-Rare Earth Electric Heating Material Project Settled in Longmen

The signing ceremony of the Corehelm nano-rare earth electric heating material project was held in Huizhou Industrial Transfer Park, at Longmen on Marth 4. It will introduce a total investment of RMB 4.1 billion, according to the report.

Colochem's nano-rare earth electric heating film is the world's first nano-rare earth electrothermal technology. The electrothermal heating tube is a derivative of the electrothermal heating film. It is a compositive version of nano-material processing, rare-earth material utilization, film material heat stabilization technology, leakage prevention, and dry burning technology.

The nano-rare earth electrothermal technology adopts special formula technology, special process technology, and special professional equipment. The rare earth electric heating tube owns the functions of complete separation of water and electricity, safe-reliable, fast heating, waterproof scale, anti-leakage, and anti-dry burning. The mainstream electric heating products in the market are traditional heating products, which have problems such as low safety performance, low heating power, poor batch stability, poor high-temperature stability, narrow voltage range, and poor energy-saving effects. According to reports, the total investment of the project is about 4.1 billion yuan, the first phase of investment is 1.17 billion yuan, the second phase of investment is 1.16 billion yuan, and the third phase of investment is 1.77 billion yuan (including the costs of equipment, operation, and research).

The person in charge of the project stated that Colochem technology is an extension of the entire application of electrothermal heating materials to nanometers, rare earths and chip resistors. It is planned to form a complete industrial cluster in Longmen in the coming two years. The company hopes that the project will develop with the economy and society in Longmen, Guangdong.

It is understood that after the completion of the Colochem electrothermal technology of nano-rare earth electric heating material project into production, it will further promote the development of the leading industries in the Huizhou Industrial Park in Longmen, which marks its construction and industrial development have entered a new stage of development and will become the economy of new highlights of development.
