The experts also introduced that Cs0.32WO3 thermal insulating film can be grown on glass substrates by electron beam evaporation with using the powders prepared by the low-reaction temperature method, which can produce mass amount of hexagonal CsxWO3 powders more easily. The as-synthesized and after heat-treatment cesium tungsten bronze powders and thin films are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and UV-VIS-NIR optical device.
