Some experts put cesium tungsten bronze powder into a planetary ball mill, and added zirconia ball mill beads of 50 μm diameter for wet ball milling. Wherein, the selected solvent is an appropriate amount of potassium hydroxide added in deionized water. The pH value of the solvent is measured by pH measurement and adjusted to 8.
