Cycle index of WO3-TiO2 electrochromic film varies with the content of TiO2 is shown in the above figure. It can be seen from the figure that when the content of TiO2 is less than 15%, the cycle index of electrochromism increases rapidly with the increase of the amount of TiO2 doped in the WO3 film. When the content of TiO2 is 10%, the cycle index of the electrochromic film is 5 times that of pure WO3 film. When the content of TiO2 is more than 15%, the cycle index of electrochromism decreases rapidly with the increase of TiO2 doping amount in WO3 film. When TiO2 content is 10-15%, doping TiO2 can prolong the electrochromic cycle life of the film.
