Tungsten oxide nanoparticles may be used to produce a nano-ceramic dispersion solution, that is, a heat insulation dispersion solution, and thus be prepared into a thermal insulation film. So why does solvothermal method attract widespread attention? The reasons are shown as below:
1.0 The traditional synthesis method often requires a high-temperature burning process to obtain a powder with a good particle size and a good degree of crystallization. While the solvothermal method can avoid this process, and can obtain a product powder with good dispersibility by the reaction directly.
2.0 In the reaction process, the reactor is always in a closed state to avoid interference from external factors. In this special reaction environment, certain phase, such as high temperature unstable phase and metastable phase, can be obtained by controlling the atmosphere to select the desired reaction conditions. These phases are difficult to obtain by ordinary methods. At the same time, it can effectively isolate the toxic and harmful substances generated during the chemical reaction process, and can reduce the harm to the human body and the pollution to the environment as much as possible during the experiment.
