1. Cellular: The standard modules made from mixture TiO2, V2O5, WO3, etc. through ceramic extrusion equipment; the cross-section is 150mmX150mm with unequal length. Its ceramic uniform system and full of active ingredients make it can be used in both high and low dust environment. Honeycomb catalyst having the advantages that: a large reaction area with high activity; small consumption of catalyst; large amount of active substance; the activity remains high when regenerated; high recycling rates ect., is a SCR denitration catalyst with extremely high property.
2. Plate: Usually based on the material of glass fiber reinforced TiO2, and dipping active ingredients like WO3, V2O5 into the surface of the catalyst for improving the catalytic activity. The plate takes metal as a carrier, covers the active ingredient in the surface, can be used in both high and low dust environment. Plate has a small reaction area, large volume; but compared with the cellular, it has the disadvantages that 50% the active substances of the cellular and the upper, lower module easy to plug.
Corrugated plate: A heterogeneous catalysts, takes glass fiber and TiO2 as the carrier; as main active ingredient is vanadium (V), V2O5 and WO3 other active substance covering the surface coating, commonly used in low-dust environment. It is worth noting that the activity will not maintain after the surface the destructed by ash. The corrugated plate has area between the corrugated plate catalyst honeycomb and plate, weight light, and very sensitive to mobility gas. But the active substances is just 70%of the cellular material, and easy to plug between the upper and lower sub-module.
