Tungsten Carbide V-CUT Knife Precautions for Use

Tungsten carbide V-CUT knife is made from tungsten carbide material, that is-tungsten steel, therefore it is also known as solid tungsten steel V-CUT knife. It is commonly used as an electronic cutting tool in the production of circuit boards. The following are some precautions for its use:
1. Tungsten carbide V-CUT knife size shall comply with the requirements.
2. Check the blade first. It should be complete without any cracks, chipping and teeth broken.
3. Collision should be avoided in the handling, installation, commissioning of tungsten carbide V-CUT knife.
4. The blade should be well installed to avoid loosening. And in order to reduce knife vibration and lateral stress, flange plate should not be three times smaller than the knife external diameter. In addition, the radial runout should be ≤0.02mm while axial runout be ≤0.01mm.
