Tungsten carbide measuring rod is used to detect inner bore of products using tungsten carbide bars of certain established specifications. With the hardness of 90HRA, tungsten carbide measuring rod has excellent abrasion resistance, long service life, low coefficient of thermal expansion, and is less susceptible to damage and endure high temperature. Its life expectancy is 20-30 times longer than that of steel.
There are four main measuring projects of tungsten carbide measuring rods: aperture, hole center distance, hole position and hole inclination.
